The SOLD OUT, 7th Annual HRSTARS Awards Gala was held on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at Frisco Hall.  The inspiring event honored HR trailblazers who are making the most significant impact on their companies, industries, and communities.

2027 Information: The  2026 Nomination Portal open date and Award Gala date will be announced soon.

DallasHR celebrates and recognizes the North Texas HR community’s achievements. Nominees are chosen by their peers and undergo a judging process to become finalists. There are 12 different awards, including the industry’s best HR Executive of the Year for small, medium, and large companies, the coveted HR Team of the Year award, and the DallasHR Lifetime Achievement Award.   

HR Award finalists are recognized for their service to the HR community and announced at the annual HR STAR Award Gala. The inspirational evening features a reception, a plated dinner, and an Emmy-like award presentation.
